Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that I am Hardeep Singh from as Lecture at DAV college in Mohali. i want you know about some information regarding Accommodation at your hostel during our visit to the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales. I am in charge of the trip of the group of students. We are planning to take trip to Canada Next month and we stay there 11th to 20th Dec after that visit during some exercises Area Reading College Studies tasks, so we have to planned to stay your hostel on 10 Days which I already mention Above. We are 25 student and 5 Lecturer and 1 Helper with Driver so we required accommodation of 13 Double bedroom and if we get room with Attached washroom and kitchen so it’s better for us because some student prefer cook of themselves. If is there any good local Restaurant and also let me know about the cost of room. Please reply me soon the availability for your hostel accommodation and if they are available or not, we are wating waiting for you reply Thanks, you Your faithfully Hardeep singh
