Dear Madam, I am writing this letter with gratitude and as well apologies to turn down the offer that had been offered to me. Yesterday, I got a mail for confirmation of my appointment with the company but the position held is in another state. One of the main reasons is small children. Due to pandemic it is very difficult for me to find a comfortable stay in new location and established as well. However, I like to extend my thanks for the golden opportunity with such a big brand which helps me to boost my career growth at a rapid state whereas, I would argue you to recall me if any kind of opportunity prevails here. Tough, I like to work with my present organization as it provides all the necessary benefits to me along with my family. Basic necessities of life are covered here like, medical for whole family, quarterly perks and promotion as per performance every year. Thank you for you kind consideration.
