Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the defective item that I had bought from your shop last week on 28th December 2020. When I visited Lahore, I purchased a few items from your boutique. I ordered aqua blue colour three tracksuits in XL size; however, one of them is of the wrong measurements and its colour is navy blue as well. Although my shopping experience was always good, this time tracksuit’s was not of the right size. Unfortunately, one of them is of small but my size is XL and salesman assured me that he had packed XL size tracksuit. I cannot wear it because it is too small to fit in on my body. I would request you to please keep XL size of that tracksuit for me as this is the limited edition and my favourite one. I will visit Lahore later this month, so I can replace the wrong one with XL size. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
