While the book was being sold, I was said ' You don't deplore this book ' on the contrary it doesn't that event what you said. Furthermore, when the item was being merchandised by your employees, they said ' If the stuff is inferior, we will turn back your money. ' Consequently, after I firstly knew this mistake, I went to your shop and I told to them these events on the contrary they didn't acknowledge. After some days, I contacted at your shop again and was told that nothing could be done about my issue. I believe that this response is unfair owing to the fact that you said to me your product was very healthily. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I sent the book back to your shop after having been assured by one of the assistants that I would be sent a refund. However, I still have not received one. As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated and hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation.
