Dear SirI am writing this letter to complain about washing machine which I bought last week. I went to your shop and your assestant advised me to buy the washing machine which I purchased. He showed me how to use this machine. Although it was new, it didn't work properly. When I used first time, there was no problem and it washed clothes very well. However when I used second time, it didn't work and switched off. Moreover, it doesn't work in low electricity. In addition, it sounds a bit loud and dull.
