Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the fridge which I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 4th of May I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a fridgefor myself. I encountered expecteditem and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later I understood about the fridge had some problem. When I used it for the first day it worked properly and the products were cold and saved fresh. However, after that day there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. The foods were warm when I took them out. Furthermore, when I turned the tap to the coldest side the same thing happened. In addition to this, the fridge made a noise. I am looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter. I will wait two weeks before turning to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem.
