I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the stereo system, which I purchased from your department store.
I have been a very loyal customer of your company for many years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you. However, on 17. 07 I purchased on of your products through the online shop of your company and I discovered, to my horror, that the switch button of the stereo system did not work properly so I had difficulty to switch it. Furthermore/Another problem/Besides that the quality of speakers was not good as expected. As It produces defective sounds. The most visible problem is that when I opened the box it did not have plug in wire, since its place in the box was empty.
I was expecting a higher level of service from your company and I am really disappointed with how things turned out. This why I am returning the stereo system for a full refund with out any replacement of this product.
