Dear Sir or Madam, My full name is Vusal Mustafayev and I'm a student. I'm writing to you about house renting. There are 4 four-bedroom in our house and I'm staying with two students. House renting is expensive for us. Also, one bedroom is spare. There are some problems in our house. For instance, there is no heating system in a spare bedroom. Water is giving at certain hours of the day. We will be fixing this problem with our renters. We would like to find another student who is looking for rent. This student will stay unoccupied indoor. We are very friendly and hardworking students. Also, We need some good characteristics for that applicant. This roommate must be quiet and easy-going like we.
