I am writing this letter to report about the faulty TV that I purchased from your store three days ago.
My name is Shehla and I am one of your frequent customers. I live in city center and have been using your services and buying your products for the last 10 years.
I bought Samsung QLED which has the code Q60T. On purchasing this, I was assured that this was the latest model and best choice. Initially it seemed to be working fine, and I was immensely pleased with my purchase. However, after the TV had been on for few hours, a black line appeared across the screen. Though it disappeared after a while, it emerged again if the TV is on for a couple of hours and this frequently happened. Moreover, the sound quality is strange. People's voice has become robotic, and I am sure it is not related to audio-settings. The TV is now unusable and I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw.
I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the product purchased from your company. I would request you to send someone to my place as I cannot bring it to your store to claim my warranty owing to the fact that my car is in the repairing shop. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly. I expect to receive a replacement TV or a full refund.
