My name is Nikita, and I bought a Hyundai car from your Westgate showroom, located in Ontario. The invoice number is HY12335. I am writing this letter to show my disappointment regarding the dishonesty and cheating which your agency had done with me.
Let me elaborate on the situation. On Tuesday, 10th May 2020. I purchased a Hyundai car from the above-mentioned dealer, Down-payment was made by credit card and for the remaining amount, I made an EMI for the tenure of 3 years. The EMI generation number is YH7654. Yesterday, while collecting my car from the first complimentary service, I was stunned as the service receipt mentioned the odometer count was 50000 kilometers whereas, the distance I travelled was nearly 10000 kilometers in the whole year. I suspected it and found that it was an old car.
For this reason, I would request you to do an investigation on this matter and share the reason for this fraud else this fraud will be made public.
Furthermore, I demand a full refund of payments plus including the EMI’s and other expenses related to inconveniences. Ergo, I am surrendering this car and want the payment to be released within 3 days of this letter.
