Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in concern to my mobile-banking services offered by the bank. The issue has been became worst as I am not able to utilise the services catalog offered by the bank in the application.
First and foremost, I am a frequent user of digital services offered by the bank. The services catalog was working pretty good before the last update as all the services were available on the first screen. I could select and perform certain operations without any hassle using the bookmarked selection of processes. With the new update on the application, the user experience has become very complex and I cannot even found my existing settings on the tips.
It is difficult to use the application after the new upgrade as it always sends out network issue notifications and I am not able to pay the vendor bills due to this inconvenience. I would recommend to improve the application release process and test the impact thoroughly before releasing to the end-users.
I would like to request for a prompt resolution to my problem.
