Dear Mark, I know the arrangement that I made to visit you is in March, yet there is one important event, which came out of nowhere that I’ve to attend. The important event is my sister’s wedding is in this month. We’d to change the date since my brother-in-law has to move overseas for his new job. I know that I am causing you a lot of trouble by cancelling this arrangement as I know you have taken leave from your office for 2 whole weeks just for spending time with me. I am extremely sorry for this inconvenience that I am causing you. Is there any possibility that we could postpone this arrangement in July, as I know you could get some days off in summer. We don’t have to plan this anytime soon, it totally depends on when, in future, you can get leave as I know you have a very hectic work schedule. I can’t wait to hear from you, Kind regards, Adam.
