Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to share my views on a recent news that has come across me about the plan of a shopping mall been developed near my house. I got to know about this plan from a local newspaper where an advertisement was posted by the developer to hire new laborers for the mall’s development work. As I am the general secretary of my community, I would like to share my feelings regarding the same. I don’t have good feelings regarding this new development plan. Firstly, I am bit worried as there is school right next to place where this mall is about to be developed. With all the construction work I wonder that how difficult it would be for the students to concentrate on their studies. As the mall is developed in a residential area, I am also deeply concerned with the level of noise and air pollution that will be caused by the traffic created by the shopping mall customers. Before going any further, I would like to know more about this development plans. I want the people living in my community to feel safe and free from any kind of disturbance which might arise because of this plan. In order to do this, I would like to get more details about this plan as it will help to carefully plan my future steps regarding this development plan. Hoping to hear soon from you.
