Dear sir or madam, It was a pleasant gesture that the company wanted to seek each employee’s preference regarding the payment system. Employee will have the option to choose whether daily basis or monthly payments. I am willing to participate to take survey for our new payment system. My preference is monthly payments which I will receive at the end of the month. I am working for your company for 5 years as a Designer and this will be my feedback regarding the payment system survey - Majority of the company which I had been employed practice monthly compensation system since I stared working in 2007. In that way, I can oversee all the government –mandated benefits in my pay slip which the payroll department managed to compute all of the employee’s work hours. For instance, in every 30th of the month, I will manage to collate all of the hours I work for within a month. Therefore, it will be higher money than daily basis and at the same time, the employer will have a hard time computing for the deduction if it’s a daily basis system. On the brighter note, my expenses would be controllable since I still have no funds after the 30th of the month. On the downside, I will have to refrain myself from spending money or budget the expenses in order to survive until the salary is obtain.
