Dear Mr Smith, I am writing to inform you that I want to take some time off from work as I have to attend 3 days international business conference which is going to take place in Islamabad. Last month, I registered myself for this conference to gain new insights on different ways of doing business and how the recent evolution of Fin-tech can help the business to achieve strategic goals. As a result, to be part of this conference I have to take some days off from the work. The conference will be held from 15th May 2020 to 18th May 2020 but as I will be travelling by road which takes more time than flights so I need to take 5 days of work leaves from 14th May 2020 to 19th May 2020 both days inclusive. Moreover, I understand the significance of on-going projects and how important it is to fulfil them on deadline. Hence, to make sure every task is per schedule I have delegated responsibilities to our Deputy Head of Research Anjlee.
