Dear sir, I hope you and your family is doing well. As you know I employed in your company as accountant since last 5 years. In this year specially last 3 months were very hectic for me because of tax filling. My schedule was up to neck, even I did not take any day off from work in peak season. However, now I am facing some health issues and my doctor suggest me take rest for few days. My family decided to visit any hill station to refresh mind. So, I need your permission to take a week off from work. It will be good for my health moreover, I will pay more attention to work after vocations.
