I am writing to you to show my annoyance regarding the order I placed two days back. This order was of medicines which I required urgently for my uncle’s asthma problem.
Undoubtedly, this delivery was crucial for me. Before placing the order, I got the confirmation from your pharmacy care department that medicines will be delivered on next day in any circumstances if I opt the premier services. Those medicines were required by me immediately because uncle was in my city for two days, but, unfortunately, I received the courier two days later even after the prior intimation.
Due to late delivery, I could not receive my order timely and my uncle left the city which was already planned due to some urgent work.
I personally request you to take necessary action against the poor service.
