Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation that was provided for my course of study. I have enrolled for art class lasting 3 months, and I have been provided with a room that I would need to share with 3 others. Considering the size of the room and the nature of my course, it is very uncomfortable to work on my day to day activities thus impacting the overall score of my course. I was under the assumption that the students would be provided with individual rooms or if in case of large room, it would not be shared by more than two students. This would enable to work on my daily tasks with more freedom and relaxed mind. Request you to provide a single accommodation, and if it's not possible, please provide me a room where I need to share only with one more student preferably from art class. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Praveen T.
