Dear Mr. Cooper,
I am writing in regards to a laptop which I bought from your store on 25th February 2021. My concern with this is that at first when I started using the laptop at home it was working fine but suddenly after three days, the screen started to show random colours and I think that the display of the laptop is defective and also the speakers are not loud enough for use.
I, therefore, ask you to issue an immediate return and process the refund on my credit card as it was mentioned in the warranty documents. Also, I would really appreciate you to check if there is any other laptop available in the same price range and specifications to buy, so that I can start using the new one immediately for my use.
I look forward to the confirmation that it has been received and kindly issue me a reference number so that I can address this problem in the future easily(if needed).
