You are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with the accommodation. Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter, say what the problem is describe the accommodation you thought you were getting ask the provider to solve the problem

Dear Mr. Manager, I am John Smith an international student from India enrolled at your college for 2 month course in Quality Engineering. I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction regards of the accommodation which is provided to me. The problem is that it is far away from the college which requires a lot of time to commute. Thus, it took almost 2 to 3 hours from my home to study. Moreover, all the house has drainage leakage issue which is not good place to live. During the finalizing the admission you have said that I will be provide with 3 Bedroom, kitchen and hall. However, in the reality it is only 2 bedroom, kitchen and hall. Furthermore, the location is also inappropriate. I have been told from your side the place will be in city area but it is in countryside. As I have paid the extra money to my regular course for resolving the accommodation issue. please arrange different home for me to stay during my course or else refund my deposit I will search by myself. Or please shift me to another location if you have vacant place near to my college campus. Look forward to reply from you. Yours truly, John Smith.
