You and your family are moving to another country for work, and you are looking to buy a house there. Write a letter to a property agent. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to request your assistance in getting a suitable property for me and my family in Canada to which we are moving next month. My name is Manikanth. We are not a big family as it consists only my father, mother, and my wife. It was a quick decision to immigrate and I have no options left other than consulting you. I preferably want a three-bedroom house with a garden or backyard. Since both my parents past their 60, they cannot take steps frequently and therefore I want a bedroom to be located at the downstairs of the house. Also, a house with furniture is always appreciated. I do not want the house to be located in a busy area. I always select those houses away from the happening places. Even though the house is away from the downtown, I prefer it should be within 5 miles radius from temple, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals.
