Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you in regards to ongoing problems with the hot water service in the apartment Shohruhobod 48/43. Since last month we had had neither hot water nor heating. Tough your workmen were sent to repair the problem, they failed and didn't come back again. And so far, this problem has not yet been solved. As the weather is getting increasingly cold, we feel not able to use cold water. Additionally, as you know heating facilities is not good. In this days I will have important exams, but every night I shiver and can't sleep very well. Luis had had a bad cold and had spent days to recover.
