Dear sir/madamI am writing this letter to you complaint about your bus service as a regular passenger of your bus. Actually before your services good and punctual. Nowadays, this last month i have been some issues with your transportation that is late of your service. I am waited for the bus half an hour too. Moreover, Has affected to the job that a three day i am late in the office they are cut my salary also. Its more affected my panctuality as well as politness. My boss scolded fo this matter and i ashamed with infront of my collegues. Eventhough, an owner managed can do solution for this problem. These days has been problem too. Tell the driver to arrive particular time or take punishment against them. Not only for me other passengers has also some complaint against your service. I am looking for your reply.
