Dear Sir I am writing to complain about wrist-watch which I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 1 st of December I visited one of your local shops in order to buy wrist-watch for my friend. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Three days later, my sister friend made a call and said about the problems of the item. When he used the wrist-watch for the first time it worked properly and it showing the date and time correctly. However when she utilized the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. Then it did not show the time clearly.
