Dear Sir, I am writing regarding early leave of the flat that I rented last year from your agency. I live in that number 3A, which is located in 35 Mitate Road. My name is Shamima. I am supposed to live in the flat till May 2021. Because of some unavoidable situation I have to leave the flat this month. I know, it is against the rules of the contract. However, there is an additional section in the contract that tells about the circumstances when the participants of the contract will be able to break the contract, and my present condition goes to one of those conditions. Recently, because of Cavid-19 outbreak, I have lost my job. Therefore, I am unable to bear the rent of the flat. I am moving to my village with my family.
