Dear Tom, We are planning for a vacation trip to Ladakh and Kashmir next month. The length of the trip will be approximately two weeks. As all of us are going, our house will be closed. In the said scenario, I would personally like to make a request to you. I could have thought of only you, whom I could reach out to asking for assistance to take care of our house. Most of the activities you can carry out as per your own convenience. Few of the house activities in which we would like your help are switching on/ off the sprinklers in the garden, feeding our dog, fluffy with her daily meals and storing the water in the overhead tanks. Again to mention, it might be cumbersome for you but your assistance in the said house activities would be highly appreciated. As we have been neighbours and know each other from a long time, I thought of asking such favour from you. Do let me know if the same is fine with you. Thanking you in anticipation.
