Dear Sir, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about the electric guitar which I recently bought from your shop. After only 4 days, things started to go wrong. On February 15 I had a visit one of your electronics department in order to buy an extraordinary instrument for my father's birthday. Looking around the counters I came across an amazing guitar and immediately realized that it is the thing which my father dreamt. Then I asked information from shop assistant about it. After gathering all details I decided to purchase it. In the beginning guitar was played well. But four days later, while father was trying to play it it was heard unpleasant voice. However, he utilized it next day and again there seemed to have been a serious malfunction with plug. Furthermore, the instrument became not good looking as new ones. I would like you to replace this musical instrument with well-functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand.
