I am writing this letter to apprise you that though I am selected for your company, unfortunately, can not accept your offer letter as I have decided to continue working with my current firm. The main reason behind the declining offer is the location of the organization. It will become quite challenging for me to commute because I have to travel almost fifty-five kilometers daily from my resident. In addition to it the timing and working hours, which are the most difficult for me as it will affect my daily routine life. However, the great support that I received from my employer is incredibly unforgettable because it helped me to improve my skills as well as to achieve success.
