To the manager, I am currently renting a flat through your agency. The address is house-6, road-3, sector -6, Uttara, Dhaka. I took the flat on December last year. Now I am facing few problems, that should be solve quickly. As you know now, its raining season. Almost everyday got raining. The windows of north side, its working properly. Whenever got heavy rain, there's always got leakage water in my bed room. The window is not properly set. Need to repair glass as soon as possible. Besides, there got problem with Roof. As I am living on 12th floor, the top of this building. My flat become very hot in before afternoon. After Sunset also I can feel very hot inside my home. I think an Air conditioner can solve this problem. I would be grateful to you if can arrange, window repair service and And install an Air conditioner. We will also need an electrician to check our electric devices and connection. Please let me know when we can expect them. Regards Obayda
