Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am not happy with my accommodation you provided in the college hostel. The major problem that I am facing is the issue of mosquitoes. It is really difficult to sleep at night as the mosquitoes are biting and disturbing me almost every night. I became upset all most all days due to this. Let me explain my situation. Everything was fine till the beginning of this month. Prior to this month, the hostel supervisor ensured that the surroundings are neat and clean. But in these days, no such regular cleaning works take place. The hostel is literally surrounded with bushes and wastes. Would you kindly make arrangements for cleaning the hostel premises as quick as possible. Along with that, kindly consider my request to appoint a new hostel supervisor.
