Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that, the mouse which has supplied as part of the computer system having some issues and it is affecting my continuity of the work. The right click button which is available in the external mouse is not working properly. Moreover, the touch pad is not comfortable which makes the cursor movement impossible at some times. Due to the above issues, the overall performance of my work becomes quite slow. It is quite challenging to use copy and paste functionalities which are the most frequent activity on document preparation. So, I am requesting you to replace the mouse and touch pad with another company product which will be more helpful to work efficiently and complete the task without any further delay.
