I am writing with regard to your plan for changes to bus services. To be honest, these changes will cause great inconvenience to tourists, such as me and my family.
Firstly, you will cancel the airport line service after 11 o’clock in the evening because of profit issues. That means, those who arrive at London Airport at midnight have to take a taxi, which is much more expensive than the bus, and the time cannot be guaranteed. I understand your conditions, so I hope that you increase the bus fee to a reasonable level, that both of us can accept.
Another change is that under the new policy, only citizens can buy bus passes, and tourists have to buy tickets in cash with no discount every time they take buses. Not only does this bring a lot of trouble to visitors, but also a kind of discrimination. I totally disagree with this and I suggest that you stop this change to improve your company’s image.
