Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter with regard to accommodation facilities in your college hostel. I heard numerous positive responses about your college because of which I have joined a short-term specialization course on Modern History. My course is commencing from 1st of April 2021 and will last for about a month. I will be arriving on 30th March in order to settle in the hostel room before my course begins. My departure will be on 2nd of May. I will be new to this country and have no idea about the accommodation in the city. I was informed that the university provides hostel facility free of charge to registered students. Kindly help me in arranging a shared room with a person who is also registered in the same course. Since, I am a vegetarian it would be great if I can have simple, veg food and would also require laundry facility. Since I am not aware of the distance between the university and hostel, I would like to know about the transportation facilities that are available and what would be best and affordable way of commuting to and from college so that I can save some money. Please respond at the earliest convenience. Yours faithfully Manasa Polavarapu
