Dear Sir, I have just registered for one-month English course at your college and college management has assigned me the first batch. I will be arriving at London airport on the first of November and have booked return flight to India for the first of December. At present, I have no relatives or friends in London, so I would prefer to rent an accommodation through your institute. To let you know, I have no objection in sharing the room, on a condition that there should not be more than two people in the room, including me. Moreover, the house should be well maintained which includes proper wall paint, no water leakage, and atop, the heating system should be working properly as it will be winter season. Further, London is a totally strange city for me, so I need the information from you about the local transportation to commute between my residence and the college. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Alpesh Kumar
