Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be attending the CS101 course offered by Bright University at its New York campus from June 1st to August 1st. I will require accommodation for the specified duration. Allow me to elaborate. I am a resident of Spain and am attending the course as part of a foreign exchange programme. The course teaches and trains people in basic computer skills. My flight arrives at JFK airport at 7. 30 am on June 1st. My departure is set for Aug 2nd in the evening. I need accommodation for the entire period. I am looking for a single room with a bed, mattress, sheets and a pillow. Since I am a non-smoker I would prefer non-smokers as my neighbours. I would also need a suitable Wi-Fi connection to connect my laptop to the internet for completing the assignments. I don’t mind sharing the bathroom with other students. I would be grateful if you could help me with the transport facilities available for my daily commute. Thank you for your time and consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Daniel
