Dear Mr. Desai, I am harsh Parekh, a tenant of your house for quite long time and have always play rent on time however I am writing this letter to request you to allow me to play rent late for month of September. As you know I have never been late to pay my rent although many time I have pay rent before scheduled time. But unfortunately, I am in financial hardship right now. This because in last month because of covid – 19 I was hospitalized for 20 days. I had to pay all hospital expenses from my savings. Furthermore, by reason of this situation I was away from office so that this month income is reduce sustainably. I do understand this cause inconvenience for you but I give strongly assurance to you that I will pay rent by 10th of next month as I already applied for credit in bank. Therefore, it would be appreciating if you allow me to pay rent on mention time. I apologize for causing this inconvenience. If there is any problem, please contact me on my mobile no.
