Dear Sir or Madam, Recently, I have ordered a wallet from your website, for which was so excited and thrilled, however, once it arrived I was terribly disappointed and hoping to get it replaced or refunded. I pursued a leather wallet from www. amazon. com on 24th January, 2021 in the color brown using my credit card. The height is 14 cm, length 9 cm and width 2 cm. The receipt copy is attached below. It is definitely not the genuine leather, which is poorly produced. Once the product arrived, I opened it and shocked to see the size and features does not match the description, as a matter of fact, it must have two ID window slots, 2 passport size slots, 4 card pockets and 4 cash pockets, however, there are place holders are so small and torn that looks as a manufacturing flaw. This is certainly not expected, I really like the design. Consequently, if the product is replaced with original leather and have the same features described, then will accept a replacement, or else, I demand a refund within few days.
