Dear Mr. Gazely, My name is Mariel Loto. I am a foreign student currently enrolled under your three-month course, Data Analytics and Project Management. I am writing to you to express my major concerns about the location and room size of the accommodation I was provided with. To begin with, I was surprised to learn that the location is 30 minutes away from the campus, and no available bus stop near my accommodation. Secondly, the room is congested with two beds and it does not have adequate space for walking. Besides, no closet makes it tough for us to arrange our personal belongings. Apart from that, the heater is not working at night which makes the room extremely cold, and difficult for us to take showers at night. I would really appreciate if you could transfer me to a more convenient location and spacious room so that it would be comfortable for us while staying here for three months.
