Dear Ms. williams, The objective of writing this letter is to let you know that we are unable to move in next week as per the plan. sudden unpleasant event made it impossible to go with the plan. In my opinion it is not a wise step to go with the shift to the new place. So we are delaying it by at least two weeks.
