Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to provide my opinion on the cookery classes as asked by you. I was enrolled for Indian Food class which was from June to November, to learn about various dishes of the India. The best thing about the classes was the way of teaching and how the most difficult recipe became easy to cook. Since, I had finished the course I am regularly practicing it and making the delicious food daily for my family. As the this program was exceptional, I would like to suggest that you should also start the teaching Continental menu because of the increase demand of it. I would be the first one to book my seat for the same if you begin this. Hoping this suggestion will be considered. Yours faithfully Aman
