Can not start class due to some problems

Dear Ma'am, Thanks for the acceptance of my application for the Software designing course, I was expected to commence my coaching from 24 November however, it is impossible for me to start and continue this class for this month due to office work load. I am corporate employee and there is an ups and down in working pattern and time. Sometime it will be low or sometime hight, well particularly this month the case load is to high and have to extent for couple of hours daliy. Due to the above-mentioned issue it's not possible maintain my stamina attend the class after spending this much time in office, hence requested you please consider my situation. Perhaps I can postpone my course beginning and can also change the class time. It would be the great option for me. Please let me know if this option is available or not, if not then please suggest me other appropriate one. Looking for your reply. Yours sincerely,
