friend birthday invited you to party but, you can not attend due to meeting.

Dear Pal, I am writing this letter in refresnce to your invitaion about your birthaday fate on coming Monday. I would like to mention here as we are friends since childhood hence the formality has no place in our frienship. Your birthday is somthing i can not forget as we have celebrated it So many times the memories can not allow me to fade it for even a moment. From the deepest of my heart I would like to say sorry as on this coming monday i will not be able to join wartmeth of the ceromony along with you, While i am writing this i am so much in pain and the woreds can not express the saroowness of my soul. I am the one who is responsible to attand a meeting with a corporate to present PPT whih has perepaid to get fanacial sport for these kids I am workig on this project from quite a long time along with a coulge. The Time and day of the meeting has been deceide by the compony CSR manager Resisting this was not posible even knowing about birthday, as the future of twenty kids relly on the Support. Without asking i am sure you understand the need of the hour and will accept my apology for not being there.
