Dear Sir, I am a student of computer sciences department at National collage of Technology new city campus and currently enrolled in third semester. But due to an unavoidable emergency i have to leave for my native city. I have registered for course of IT introduction in recent semester mainly to get myself familiar with latest technology advancements and innovations happening around the globe. So far we have covered basic introductions to the world of IT and as time passes we will move on to more advance topics. Visibility of left eye of my father is reducing drastically with every passing day so doctor has recommended to go for lens implant as soon as possible. We have booked appointment with eye surgeon next Monday and i have to be with my father during surgery as per hospital policy it is compulsory to have a next in kin with patient. I am looking forward for your early response regarding approval of one week leave and forwarding same to admin team so that i can visit my parents well in time. Since my mother is also aged so i will have to arrange all of the necessary groceries, bill payments and medicines for next two weeks so that they don't have to go out for daily routine works.
