As I communicated with customer services many times but they are are not giving positive response from there end. Its almost 25 days I raised this issue through mail to customer complaint mail id. I did not get any reply from there end also. This is very essential device in our daily life. So finally I am requesting you to please reply this product with new piece as soon as possible.
