Dear Police Commissioner, I am writing this letter to express a bitter experience of police misconduct that I suffered yesterday. My name is Peter and i live at 9 Oland Crescent, Halifax NS B4S 1C8. Last night, I was coming home after attending a late night party, and at Palace street corner, I was warned to stop the car. Immediately, I pulled over the car and cooperated with the officer. The officer demanded my license and vehicle registration. I complied with his demand. Thereafter, I was asked to step out of my car for interrogation at which I was totally surprised. The officer came close to me and said, "you are drunk, buddy". As I was not sloshed, I challenged his judgement. Without a breathalyser, he decided to confirm it by smelling my mouth. This was disgusting and against the law. The officer's name was Philip and his white Dodge car's registration plate reads 'AYAZ113'. This is a sheer misconduct and this officer must be penalized for his acts. I request you to take appropriate action against him. I hope to hear from you on this matter and my email address is Peter. mac@abc. com Sincerely yours, Peter
