Dear Derey, I hope you are doing well. I write to inform you that I would be out of town for about four weeks to see my parents in the countryside and i want you to help take care of my house while I am away. I have dropped the keys with my next door neighbour. In case you need to contact me, my phone lines will be unreachable; nevertheless, you can reach me on my mother’s telephone number- 0803837368. There are a few things that need to be taken care of but the most important chores which I would love you to personally handle for me would be firstly, to help feed Cherry (my dog) twice daily. I have kept his meals at the cupboard close to the kitchen entrance. You can also bathe him once a week. In addition, kindly water my garden every other day. You will gain access to the garden through the small gate just opposite the kitchen door at the backyard. The watering tools are right in front of the entrance of the garden.
