Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to seek your attention towards Mr. Alan, one of your employees at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, who helped me at the airport.
First of all, I would like to inform you about the problem faced by me at the airport. After clearing the security check up area at the airport, unfortunately, I forget to pick by my hand bag. I realised about this when I was about to board the aeroplane.
Owing to this problem, I informed the employees who were checking boarding passes. They forwarded this issue to the staff working in the security checkup area so that bag can be located. As soon as Mr Alan knew about the lost bag, he started to find the bag. Due to his fast reaction to the problem, bag was founded and delivered to me before the departure of the flight.
I want to request you that he should be praised in front of all the employees so that he can feel proud about his work. Apart from this, some reward can be given to him like declaring him the employee of the month. This can also encourage other employees to perform such acts.
Hope you will recognise his efforts and praise him accordingly.
