Dear Mr. John, I am Sandeep, an alumna of the Bluegill University and a volunteer responsible for conducting informal interviews with the eligible candidates. I am writing this letter to inform regarding your interview for the University. I have been assigned as your interviewer. The interview will be conducted as face-to-face through online video call. Firstly, you have to provide your registration Identification number for verification. Secondly, you might have to describe briefly about yourself including your ambition, hobbies and so on. This will be an informal interview, so you do not need to stress too much. Incase if you are not interested to join the interview, you can cancel it before twenty four hours of the scheduled time through our online portal. we have scheduled the interview on next Wednesday at 12 noon.
