Dear Sir / Madam, I am Riffat Shaheen running my musical band "The Enjoy" with my 3 more friends and we have been practicing every Thursday and Friday at 7 pm in your community hall but yesterday we notified by the in-charge of the hall to stop our practices. we are a student and besides study we we are practicing here with your permission for 6 months and we are nominated for the national concert in the next 3 weeks. In the meantime, we are not in a position to bear the extra costs. In this community, we observed most elder people do not have any other leisure activities. The other people after hectic busy, all they enjoyed our songs and they became mentally fresh. Since last month, we offer our free services for those children who want to learn music but cannot afford it. We are ready to change our time and day as per your schedule as we just want to continue our services for the community and parallel we can prepare ourselves for the upcoming competition.
