Dear Jane, I am Nancy and hope you are doing well! I am student from the communication evening class. This is to let you know that I will not be able to continue the course any longer. In order to increase my fluency and pronunciation, I chose business communication course. Although I study at evenings, I have a regular job at a multinational company as business analyst. Since I am promoted as senior analyst, I am afraid that, I would have to work for long hours in the evening to coordinate with the clients from different time zones. So far I was fully satisfied by the course delivered, I feel extremely saddened to know that I do not have a choice other than discontinuing from the class.
